Hey everybody! I have worked at TAFEY since 2021 as a program assistant, program leader, and now as the program manager. I am a university student currently getting my MA at Queen’s. One of my favourite parts of working at TAFEY is helping the kids with their schoolwork; nothing is more rewarding than seeing a kid have an a-ha moment! Some fun facts about me are: I drive a Volkswagen Beetle and my favourite colour is orange.

Hello, my name is Cameron. I have worked at the youth centre since July 2018. I run the DnD programs. Currently, I am finishing my undergraduate degree in biology at Concordia University of Edmonton. I love giving back to the community and being a mentor to the kids. Something fun about me is I love bowties and my favourite pokémon is Empoleon.

Hiya, I'm Rayla and I've spent about eight years working with TAFEY, took a break, and now I'm back temporarily. I study at MacEwan University for a BA in Psychology. A fun fact about me is that I have half my calf tattooed with flowers the children drew for me before I left.

Cori Ramsay
She / Her
Cori Ramsay has lived in Evergreen for 25 years and raised three children there. She is passionate about her community and having a safe, fun place for local youth to go. Cori enjoys children, music, gardening and nature in general, and her love language is coffee.

I have lived in Evergreen Community since 2013. The youth centre has always been a safe space where my kids could go to play, get help with homework or get out of the house. My daughters have become good mentors to other students because of the leadership at the youth centre.

I lived in Evergreen for 12 years, and joined the TAFEY Board in 2023. The youth centre is special to me because my two children (now grown) attended. My background is in community investment and communications. I enjoy reading, weird art and good food.

I joined the TAFEY board in 2021 and have been a resident of Evergreen for more than 15 years. I enjoy gardening and walking with my dog.

I moved to Evergreen Community in May 2009 and have been impressed with how youngsters, teens, adults and elders are all included and supported. When not volunteering, I like to visit family and friends, watch sports on tv and just hang out around home. I am very happy with the bingos, meeting community residents and contributing.

I've lived in Evergreen with my family since 2004 and have been volunteering with TAFEY for a long time. I love the goals of this organization and that TAFEY gives the kids a safe space.

Known as Evergreen's grandma, Alice is the youth centre's namesake, and first Director. She is known for her huge heart for those in need. She loves animals and can frequently be seen with a double double or a Diet Dr. Pepper.
